Fortem is delivering a large-scale retrofit programme to council-owned homes. The work can be quite invasive and residents often have questions to do with the process. Centred around a 3D home, we take the viewer through a simple narrative that both gives a nod to the benefits of the energy efficiency measures and more importantly, clearly explains the process.
